6. Intellectual Property

All deliverables, designs, code, and materials created by PrismVertex remain the intellectual property of PrismVertex until full payment is received unless otherwise agreed in writing.

After full payment, ownership may be transferred to the client as per project agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

PrismVertex is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

8. Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate third-party tools or APIs. We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party providers.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if terms are violated, payments are not made, or misuse is detected.
